I couldn't believe it when I saw this skirt in Primark. Its the kind of thing I imagine seeing in Urban Outfitters or something! I've got a bit of a love/ hate relationship with Primark. I rarely go in there because I see the huge crowds and that familiar muggy smell but I think if you really hunt you can find some gems.
